US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please note that during new releases, restocks, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates and Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are typically 3-7 business days for standard shipping within the U.S.

Order Tracking: Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. We offer free local pickup on Thursdays at our pop-up location, 451 Cleburne Blvd Dubin, VA 24084. Orders must be picked up between the hours of 10 am-4 pm. If inclement weather is expected, this day and time will be adjusted and posted on our Facebook page.

Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the costumer.

Lost or Delayed Packages: Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, raising rae boutique is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are always happy to assist where we can.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping

RETURNS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
